My wife and I have been married for 14 yrs and we have been blessed with 2 kids. Our family loves spending time together and going on adventures where ever we can. My family has been my biggest supporters in my training and in my racing. Without their support, I would not be able to do this!

As a kid, I grew up watching the Ironman World Championship and had set my sights on one day completing a full Ironman. I was amazed at the fact that someone would be able to complete a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and then finish up with a marathon all in one day. To start my journey, I jumped into triathlon in 2002. From there, I did a number of sprint distance tris and eventually moved up to the Olympic distance. Two years ago, I moved up to the half distance and completed my first 70.3. The training plan that I was using left me exhausted and I did not see any real improvement over the course of my training. For the next season, I came across TriDot and decided to give it a try. After 6 months of using TriDot, I was able set a PR at Ironman 70.3 Atlantic City by 45 min! I have enjoyed how TriDot structures the training and the data that it provides me as an athlete.

With TriDot, I continue to improve and I am amazed how I am faster now at 40, than I ever was at 30!

Whether training or racing, make sure to enjoy the journey
