Jeff earned his BBA in Management of Information Systems from Texas A&M University and then served in the Military Intelligence Branch of the U.S. Army in the 1990s. After 15 years in executive management post-military, his entrepreneurial spirit took over when he founded Predictive Fitness and launched TriDot powered by the patent-pending nSight optimization technology. Jeff is a four-time IRONMAN finisher, certified USA Triathlon Level II Coach, USA Cycling Level III Coach, and USA Track & Field Level I Coach. He’s been coaching triathletes for nearly 20 years including more than a dozen professional triathletes, a half dozen national and world champion age-group athletes, and one member of the USA Olympic B Team.
Guy leads innovation and data science for Predictive Fitness’s training and race optimization solutions. He has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and was previously the Head of Innovation Strategy at Philips, where he focused on improving people’s health and well-being by bridging between the consumer and professional medical domains. After 15 years in corporate leadership roles, he transitioned to the smaller, more hands-on corporate environment to focus on creating value from data, using the latest advances in cloud computing, analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
Dr. Leeper graduated from The University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in 2005 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science. He is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a certified USA Triathlon Level I Coach.
Mark Allen is the most successful triathlete of all time having won the IRONMAN Triathlon World Championships® 6 times, the Nice International Triathlon 10 times, and the first recognized Olympic Distance Triathlon Championship. He went undefeated in 21 races for an astounding two-year winning streak. He has been inducted into the Halls of Fame for IRONMAN, USA Triathlon, and the International Triathlon Union. ESPN named Mark as “The Greatest Endurance Athlete of All Time.”
Matt leads marketing and user engagement for Predictive Fitness. He earned his MBA from Temple University with a specialization in entrepreneurship and earned his BA in finance from Western Connecticut State University. Matt worked for 9 years on Wall Street where he was a trader and portfolio manager. Immediately prior to joining the company, Matt served as Director of Endurance Marketing at UCAN, a global sports nutrition brand. Matt’s highlights as a triathlete include an overall win at IRONMAN Maryland 2014 (8:51) and a 72nd overall finish at the 2015 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona.
John is a USA Triathlon Level II and IRONMAN U certified coach who has been working with athletes since 2009. He has competed in more than 50 events, including sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and Ironman distances. He is a six-time Ironman finisher. John serves as TriDot’s director of community. John has had the privilege to work with hundreds of athletes ranging from first timers to professionals and everyone in between. John coaches all triathlon distances but specializes in working with athletes racing 70.3 and Ironman distances at all North American Ironman events and travels to the majority of Ironman races in the U.S. each year to support TriDot athletes.
Elizabeth is a professional triathlete and an IRONMAN U and USA Triathlon Level II Certified Coach. She participated in her first triathlon in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the sport. Since that initial experience, she progressed to qualify for the 70.3 World Championships, the IRONMAN World Championships, and Boston Marathon.
Andrew grew up in the orange grove/strawberry field part of central Florida and moved to Texas after graduating from Southeastern University in 2010. After many successful years in television and live event production, he now serves as TriDot’s media producer and host of The TriDot Podcast. Andrew spent his early athletic years on tennis courts all over Florida and it wasn’t until after college that he discovered triathlon as a fun way to stay in shape. He is now a USAT Level I Certified Coach and loves creating media that empowers triathletes in their fitness journey. He and his wife, Morgan, live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with their cat, tastefully named “Pancake.”
Dr. Austin earned her Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology and PhD in Movement Science. She has worked with the United States Olympic Committee, the English Institute of Sport, and multiple other national governing bodies of sport. Additionally, she is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and, as a volunteer, supports military personnel in achieving improvements in medical and physical health and occupational performance.
Jeff earned his master’s degree in exercise science from the University of Texas at Arlington and is an IRONMAN U and USA Triathlon Level II Certified Coach. While earning his master’s, Jeff competed as a cross country and track athlete for the university. He’s completed over 120 triathlons including more than 30 70.3 and 140.6 events and is a multiple-time Boston Marathon qualifier.
