How to Add or Edit Assessment Results

Assessments will automatically upload to your Threshold History under most conditions. On those occasions with the results don't upload automatically or you need to edit the results, you can follow the instructions below in the app.

Add Assessment

• Click on the Dot score of the discipline you want to add an assessment
• Click on Update Threshold
• Choose the Calculate FTP(95% of assessments)
• Enter the appropriate results
• Click Confirm and Add

Edit an Assessment

• Click on the Dot score of the discipline you want to edit an assessment
• Click on View Historical
• Click the 3 dots in upper right hand corner and edit assessment
• Enter the appropriate results
• Click Confirm and Add

After your results are updated, your training zones will automatically be updated reflecting your new ability.
