As a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, I bring a holistic approach to coaching, combining my expertise in training, recovery, and injury prevention to help athletes reach their full potential. Having qualified for the Team GB Age Group team for middle-distance triathlon and with extensive experience in endurance events, including a personal best in middle-distance triathlons, I understand the challenges and demands of Ironman training.
I specialise in tailored training plans that fit seamlessly into busy lifestyles while focusing on balance, recovery, and peak performance. My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that success requires not just physical preparation but also mental resilience and smart recovery strategies. I work closely with my athletes to optimise training load, prevent injuries, and maximise performance, whether you're aiming for your first Ironman finish or a personal best.
